Connecticut’s Best Ice-Cream Parlor-Milkcraft

I’ll be honest. I struggles a bit when trying to decide what to call this post. I was not sure if I should call it Connecticut’s best kept secret. I guess the secrets out. I enjoy Milkcraft so much that I am even considering owning my own Milkcraft. I don’t know what it is about it.

Okay, so that last part is not entirely true. I know exactly what it is. It is that awesome bubble cone, that, get this, they make right in front of you. It is the crazy flavors…I mean, churro, cookie butter blue, strawberry balsamic. Is that not everything. The picture above is showing you the Churro ice-cream. When I first ordered it, I half expected their to be an actual churro on it. They even have flavors like s’mores campfire and milk and cereal-just so you can feel like a kid all over again. I am all for it. 100 percent.

They make the ice-cream right in front of you and use liquid nitrogen which I happen to think is far beyond the coolest thing ever. I think that heading to Milkcraft at least once in your life is totally worth the trip. You won’t regret it. It is everything. Just check out the vibe and the culture and the atmosphere.
