Hi all! So, I just got back from Georgia a few weeks ago. It was an interesting trip to say the least. Below are just a few pictures. But, did you know of all the neat and interesting things that there are to see and do in Atlanta and in Georgia. For starters, there is the Walking Dead Tour. I’ll be honest. I have never seen the Walking Dead, but it was filmed in Senoia, Georgia and taking a Walking Dead tour is just part of the experience.
Additionally, and for all those who know me, I am a huge Vampire Diaries fan. I mean, I watched that show religiously, every single episode of every single season. So, naturally, I had to visit Covington, Georgia where the series was filmed. Unfortunately, the series already wrapped by the time I got to tour the set.
And the World of Coca Cola? What about the World of Cocoa Cola? I’ll tell it to you straight that I am 100 percent a pepsi girl. I just like the flavor more-it is so much sweeter. Nevertheless, that is no reason to not visit and learn all about Coca Cola and its creation.
I even had the opportunity to visit the CNN Headquarters. If there is one thing that I would have loved to see that I did not have the opportunity to see, it would have been the Delta Headquarters.
My closing thoughts are, for those that are huge movie buffs, Georgia is for you. There is so much to do and so many studios and movie sets to be toured. Just call Georgia, Hollywood of the East.
